PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Every project undertaken by the Galloway Group is handled with care. We are no less assiduous in the attention we give our clients than in the attention to detail we pay in carrying out our work. At the Galloway Group successful project management is not a pipe dream, it is a reality that translates to projects that are completed on time and on budget. From the inception of a project, our Business Development Managers, backed up by our fully computerised estimating department, provide prompt and accurate handling of pre-contract enquiries, quotations and budgets.
Following the award of a contract, we recognise the success of a project lies within the management team selected. With the Galloway Group's extensive resources and knowledge gained from working in all sectors of our industry - from office developments, retail parks and hospitals to hi-tech semiconductor and pharmaceutical plants - we are able to tailor a project team to meet every client requirement.

DISTRIBUTION

Having undergone quality checks, our finished products are dispatched and distributed from three locations throughout the UK, reaching you swiftly and efficiently.
