The Company is certified to ISO 9001:2008 and regularly conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System. There are also external audits carried out by BM Trada twice a year at each facility.

It is the policy of Galloway Group Ltd to apply adequate quality disciplines and resources through the Management and workforce to all activities in order to minimise defects during manufacture, installation and subsequent use and so provide the maximum assurance that products meet the requirements for which they have been designed. Several years of appraisal, development and implementation have resulted in a now well established and up-to-date code of quality practice.

Whilst the code of quality practice which is described in the Company Quality Management System Manual has been tailored to meet the requirements of ISO 9000 Family of Standards there is sufficient flexibility to allow for particular applications to meet differing contractual requirements for our customers.

Our aim is to continue to maintain and improve where possible the high degree of quality performance which we achieve and to do this in the most cost effective way commensurate with product requirements.
